Big Brothers Big Sisters Fishing Field Day

Because of a weather postponement the NSFA Field Day for the Bigs and Littles is now set for Saturday, March 21, 2015.

We will stage at the Amelia Island Yacht Basin, for a departure time of hopefully no later than 9:00 am and check-in at 12:30 pm. Hamburgers and Hotdogs will be served at the Yacht Basin after the event. We will have awards for all the participants. We could always use volunteers to help us with this part of the event.

If you are able to provide your boat and yourself as a Captain for this event, please advise me by phone or my email below. If you can take one or two pairs of Bigs and Littles it would be great. Please don't forget you would need a small or child's life jacket and have enough others for your boat to be USCG legal. Also you need to have a rod or two and some bait available. These kids will be novices at best.

Keep in mind this is not a competitive tournament, rather, just a day on the water with a fishing rod, for the kids.
